PAYMENT & REFUND POLICY

SPRING 2020 - REFUNDS

Refunds will be provided for the following programs:

  • Spring League

  • Spring Academy

  • Spring Intro to Soccer

  • Open Play Soccer U16-U19

  • U7 Pre-Development Skills Training Program

  • Assessments (on -field)

Refunds will be processed starting June 16th and will be processed via PayPal or Square Reader, depending on how registrations were received. Please be patient as we work through processing the refunds.  Refunds will be issued by program, so for example if your child is registered for Spring League and Spring Academy you will not be getting the refunds at the exact time.  

PAYMENT POLICY
  • Payment for registration fees for all programs including Development Program fees can only be made online via credit card/paypal.  We do not accept cheques. 

  • No registration will be accepted until payment/financial assistance is received.

  • NDFC offers a family discount to members.  We will waive the third child registration fees when registering three children in the same program.  Any uniform costs fees (if applicable) will still apply and require payment to complete registration.

  • Financial assistance is available for those demonstrating need. See the “Financial Assistance” section on our website under “Members”.

  • All NEW players to NDFC must submit proof of birth before the player registration is complete.  Acceptable proof of age documents includes birth certificate or passport.  Please email your document to:  registrar@northdeltafc.com

  • Coaches that have coached a season prior to the upcoming season and that are volunteering to coach will receive a 10% discount.  Please email the registrar with your details and you will receive a link to pay with the discounted rate.

 
REFUND POLICY

 

Fall/Winter & Spring League

  • Fall/Winter Season Refunds after August 1are subject to a $50 administration fee

  • Spring Season Refunds after March 1st are subject to a $50 administration fee

  • No registration fee refunds after the first training session of the season

  • We do not provide transfer fees to another Club.

  • Refunds may be possible under “extraordinary” circumstances but only after review by the refund committee.

  • Any player that moves to the DCS (Delta Coastal Selects) Program that requests a refund will be provided a pro-rated refund plus a $50 administration fee.  Any team fees that were paid would need to be addressed with the coach & treasurer of the team.

  • If a player can no longer play due to medical reasons and has requested a refund, a doctor’s note addressed to NDFC will need to be provided.  Refunds will be a pro-rated if the request has been made after the program has started.

Development Program -  (Fall/Winter & Spring League)

  • Once a player has accepted a development program position on a team, they cannot request a refund after 48 hours of accepting the position. These fees are non-refundable unless the player is moving to DCS which will then be pro-rated.

  • If a player can no longer play due to medical reasons and has requested a refund, a doctor’s note addressed to NDFC will need to be provided and the development fee refund will be pro-rated.

 

Fall/Winter and Spring Academy

  • Fall/Winter Academy season refunds after September 1st are subject to a $50 administration fee

  • Spring Academy Season Refund after April 1st are subject to a $50 administration fee

  • No refunds after the 1st training session of Academy (Spring & Fall)

  • If a player can no longer play due to medical reasons and has requested a refund, a doctor’s note addressed to NDFC will need to be provided.  Refunds will be a pro-rated if the request has been made after the program has started.

Intro to Soccer  

  • No refunds after the first training session 

  • Refunds after January 1st (for winter program), April 1st (for spring program), October 1st (for fall program) are subject to a $25 admin fee.

  • No refunds will be provided due to weather related cancellations.

  • If a player can no longer play due to medical reasons and has requested a refund, a doctor’s note addressed to NDFC will need to be provided.  Refunds will be a pro-rated if the request has been made after the program has started.

Camps

  • No refunds after the first training session 

  • Refunds after March 1st (for spring camps), July 1st (for July summer camp), August 1st (for August summer camp) are subject to a $25 admin fee.

  • No refunds will be provided due to weather related cancellations.

  • If a player can no longer play due to medical reasons and has requested a refund, a doctor’s note addressed to NDFC will need to be provided.  Refunds will be a pro-rated if the request has been made after the program has started.
