We are currently accepting applications for coaches who want to be considered as a Head Coach for a Development Team for the Fall/Winter 2021/2022 season.  If you would like to be considered, you must fill out the online application form found below by January 30th, 2021.

The following criteria will be reviewed by the Coach Selection Committee when selecting coaches:

​

• Coaching credentials

• The level that your child will most likely be considered for

• If you are a current Development Coach or a new coach to the Development Program

• Will you be coaching both the Fall and Spring seasons?

• Will soccer and the Development Program be your primary sport commitment?

• Will you be completing the Team Player Evaluation forms weekly as directed by the club?

• Will you be completing the Player Report Card twice a year for your players on your team as directed by the club?

• Will you follow Club Philosophy?

 

If more than two coaches want to be the head coach of the same development team, our Technical Staff will contact both individuals to discuss the next steps.
