Notice is hereby given to all members that an Annual General Meeting of the North Delta Football Club will be held on December 13th, 2023 at 7:00pm at Mackie Clubhouse (10900 82nd Avenue, Delta, BC).
All registered members from the Fall/Winter Season 2022.2023 & Spring Season 2023 programs are invited to attend this meeting. Members attending the meeting will need to check in and register upon arrival. Nominations Process:
A nominee seeking the position of President, Vice President, Secretary, or Treasurer must submit candidacy interest to the Club Administrator no later than 30 days prior to the annual meeting of the members in which the candidate is seeking election. Nominations for Director-At-Large positions may be made by any member at the annual meeting of the members.

Election & Term Lengths:
All members of the Board of Directors shall serve a term based on the terms identified in our Bylaws unless resigning or being removed where provided for under these Bylaws.
The term for the President, Vice-President, Treasurer, and Secretary shall be two years from the date of election to the Board of Directors or until their successor is elected or appointed at an annual meeting of the members, with the exception of the election occurring in 2023.
a) In the first year (2023), the President and Secretary shall be elected for a two-year term, concluding at the 2025 annual meeting of the members. The Vice-President and Treasurer shall be elected for a one-year term, concluding at the 2024 annual meeting of the members. b) In the second year (2024), the Vice-President and Treasurer shall be elected for a two-year term, concluding at the 2026 annual meeting of the members. ii) The term for a Director-At-Large shall be one year from the date of the election to the Board of Directors or until their successor is elected or appointed at the following annual meeting of the members. iii) All Directors retire from their positions at the annual meeting of the members, in the calendar year when their term ends, when their successors are elected. A combined election shall be held for the Director-At-Large positions, with the individuals receiving the greatest number of votes on a single ballot elected. Voting:
Voting at a meeting of the members: 1) Each Active Member shall have one (1) vote. 2) No Member shall have more than one (1) vote. 3) Voting by proxy is not allowed. Agenda:
