PAYMENT PLAN - SPRING SEASON 2021

PAYMENT POLICY

  • Payment for registration fees for all programs including Development Program fees can only be made online via credit card/paypal.  We do not accept cheques. 

  • No registration will be accepted until payment (including a payment plan option) or financial assistance is received.

  • Financial assistance is available for those demonstrating need. See the “Financial Assistance” section on our website under “Members”.

  • All NEW players to NDFC must submit proof of birth before the player registration is complete.  Acceptable proof of age documents includes birth certificate or passport.  Please email your document to:  registrar@northdeltafc.com

  • Coaches that have coached a season prior to the upcoming season and that are volunteering to coach will receive a 10% discount.  Please email the registrar with your details and you will receive a link to pay with the discounted rate.

REFUND POLICY

If the Spring/Fall Season is affected or cancelled due to COVID 19, NDFC will have a refund policy in place.  

Club Program - Fall/Winter & Spring League

  • No refunds after the first training session of the season, with the following exceptions:

    • The player is moving to Delta Coastal Selects (or Coastal BCSPL), in which case a refund on fees will be prorated ($50 administration will not apply in this circumstance).  

    • The player can no longer play due to medical reasons and has requested a refund, a doctor’s note addressed to NDFC will need to be provided.  Refunds will be prorated if the request has been made after the program has started.

    • Refunds requested for “extraordinary” circumstances will be submitted to the Board of Directors for approval.

  • Fall/Winter League: refunds after August 1st are subject to a $50 administration fee. 

  • Spring League:  refunds after March 1st are subject to a $50 administration fee.  

  • NDFC is not responsible for any transfer fees for players transferring to another Club.

  • No refunds will be provided due to weather-related cancellations.

Development Program -  Fall/Winter & Spring League

  • Development fees: Once a player has accepted a spot on a development team, fees are non-refundable after 48 hours of accepting the position.  

  • The following exceptions for Development Program refunds are applicable:

    • The player is moving to Delta Coastal Selects (or Coastal BCSPL), in which case a refund on fees will be prorated ($50 administration will not apply in this circumstance)  

    • The player can no longer play due to medical reasons and has requested a refund, a doctor’s note addressed to NDFC will need to be provided and the development fee refund will be prorated.

    • Refunds requested for “extraordinary” circumstances will be submitted to the Board of Directors for approval.

  • Fall/Winter League: refunds after August 1st are subject to a $50 administration fee.

  • No refunds after the first Academy session (Spring & Fall), with the following exceptions:

    • The player can no longer play due to medical reasons and has requested a refund, a doctor’s note addressed to NDFC will need to be provided.  Refunds will be prorated if the request has been made after the program has started.

    • Refunds requested for “extraordinary” circumstances will be submitted to the Board of Directors for approval.

  • Fall/Winter Academy:  refunds after September 1st are subject to a $50 administration fee.

  • Spring Academy:  refunds after April 1st are subject to a $50 administration fee.

  • ​No refunds will be provided due to weather-related cancellations.

 

Intro to Soccer  

  • No refunds after the first training session, with the following exceptions: 

    • The player can no longer play due to medical reasons and has requested a refund, a doctor’s note addressed to NDFC will need to be provided.  Refunds will be prorated if the request has been made after the program has started.

    • Refunds requested for “extraordinary” circumstances will be submitted to the Board of Directors for approval.

  • Refunds after January 1st (for Winter program), April 1st (for Spring program), July 1st (for July summer program), August 1 (for August summer program) and September 1st (for Fall program) are subject to a $25 administration fee.

  • No refunds will be provided due to weather-related cancellations.

Camps

  • No refunds after the first training session, with the following exceptions: 

    • The player can no longer play due to medical reasons and has requested a refund, a doctor’s note addressed to NDFC will need to be provided.  Refunds will be prorated if the request has been made after the program has started.

    • Refunds requested for “extraordinary” circumstances will be submitted to the Board of Directors for approval.

  • Refunds after March 1st (for Spring camps), July 1st (for July Summer camp), August 1st (for August summer camp) are subject to a $25 administration fee.

  • ​No refunds will be provided due to weather-related cancellations.
