STRENGTH, AGILITY, QUICKNESS CLINICS

 

The SAQ training will focus on proper sprinting mechanics and athletic movement for soccer.  Kids will learn how to accelerate, decelerate, change direction and jump with proper technique.  This program is ideal for any athlete looking to improve their coordination and athleticism.

 

Please note, NDFC Programs will be following the Public Health Authorities Guidelines & BC Soccer.

  • Clinic #1:  July 26-29, 2021 (1 week - 4 days)

    • U9-U12:  9:00-10:00am​ (1 hour)

    • U13-U18:  10:30-12:00pm  (1.5 hours)

  • Clinic #2:  August 9-12, 2021 (1 week - 4 days)

    • U9-U12:  9:00-10:00am​ (1 hour)

    • U13-U18:  10:30-12:00pm  (1.5 hours)

  • Clinic #3:  August 16-19, 2021 (1 week - 4 days)

    • U9-U12:  9:00-10:00am​ (1 hour)

    • U13-U18:  10:30-12:00pm  (1.5 hours)

  • Clinic #4:  August 23-26 (1 week - 4 days)

    • U9-U12:  9:00-10:00am​ (1 hour)

    • U13-U18:  10:30-12:00pm  (1.5 hours)

 

 

REGISTRATION FEE:

  • U9-U12 (2012-2010 born) - $95 per player

  • U13-U18 (2009-2004 born) - $115 per player

All players will receive a t-shirt.
