The NDFC Spring program offers specialized training by our certified volunteer coaches in a positive, encouraging and age-appropriate environment.  Players will be focusing on developing both their individual technical skills along with their team skills that can be practiced during a game setting.  Players will be placed in training groups based on age and in accordance with long term player development.  


  • one outdoor training session a week with an approved and certified volunteer coach

  • scrimmages during training sessions where possible

  • training on grass and turf where possible

  • games will be scheduled by Cascadia Spring League for U8+ for boys and girls -                                                                                        travelling will be required.  

  • U8-U18 Cascadia League games will be played on Saturdays for boys and Sundays for girls if restrictions allow

  • U8-U18 club teams (Div 3) will play 8v8

  • U6-U7 games will be inter-club play (no traveling).   Games will be played on Saturdays for boys and Sunday for girls if restrictions allow.

  • U5 teams will be co-ed and game days will be Saturdays if restrictions allow.

  • U14-U18:  We will only accept "team" registrations so if your child is interested in playing spring soccer, please talk to your current Coach and/or Coordinator

  • all players are required to have shin guards and cleats/turf shoes

  • parent participation at U5/U6/U7 under Phase 1:  Note that it is the parent's responsibility to ensure that their child maintains social distancing at all times while present on the field (i.e. parent attendance during sessions is required).  If parents would like to actively participate during the training session, they are welcome to do so; however, participation is not required.



  • 1st week of practices - week of April 5th (no practices on Easter Monday)

  • Last week of practices - week of June 21, 2021  

  • Last weekend of games - weekend of June 26/27

  • No soccer programming on Victoria Long Day Weekend

  • U5 (2016) - U9 (2012) -  $165 per player 

  • U10 (2011) - U18 (2003) -  $190 per player 

Space available for only U15 (2006) girls.  All other age groups are FULL.

Registration fees include a uniform kit - jersey, shorts and socks.

Registration closes March 1, 2021.  Registrations after March 1st are subject to space on teams.

NDFC offers a family discount to members.  We will waive the third child registration fees when registering three children to the same program.  Any uniform costs fees (if applicable) will still apply and require payment to complete registration.

Any requests for specific coaches or friends to be on the same team must be completed at the time of registration.  Requests will be reviewed; however, they cannot be guaranteed due to varying factors.  The club will try and accommodate these requests where possible and in order of priority, so we highly recommend registering early to avoid disappointment.




NDFC is pleased to announce that a 10% discount on player registration fees will be given to coaches or assistant coaches who volunteer to coach for the Spring League - 2021. There is a limit of 2 coaches per team who can obtain a discount.  In order for coaches to receive the discount, they must commit to coaching a team for the duration of the Spring Season.
