The North Delta Football Club is a volunteer organization and we need parents to help with a number of tasks and functions to ensure a successful season. We encourage all soccer families to volunteer in some capacity and get involved.  Volunteers are the foundation of this club and are needed to help operate our Club and allowing us to continue offering superior quality programs.

All volunteer hours will be expected to be completed by the end of the season, with a deadline of March 31st (e.g. for the 2023/2024 season, the deadline will be March 31st, 2024).  Any members (families) who have not completed their hours by the deadline will be charged a $50 fee in lieu of volunteer time not received.  The Volunteer Fee is collected at the time of registration, please select the installment option and payment will be March 2024.  Once volunteer time is completed the charges will be voided. For those of you who are unable to volunteer your time, and/or would rather pay the $50 fee, you will be able to select this option upon registration.

Volunteer hours are not required during the Spring League season.  Please note that any volunteer hours conducted during the Spring Season 2023, will be accounted for in the Fall Season 2023/2024.  Please ensure you communicate that to your coach/team manager in the Fall Season 2023/2024.

If a family has more than one child in the club, only 2 hours of volunteer time is required.

Please note that if you sign up to volunteer at one of our club events and do not show up to the event without 24-hour notice to the Volunteer Coordinator, you will be charged $50.
